Self Analysis

Now that you have numerically ranked your 13 priorities of health, are you:

Surprised by your rankings?   If so, how?

Satisfied with your rankings?  If not, with what specifically?

How congruent are your priorities with the allocation of your time, energy, and resources?  Is what you say congruent with what you do?

Do you believe you are appropriately allocating your time, energy and resources to properly achieve your objectives within your priorities?

Now that you have put some considerable thought into this, do you believe you need to recalibrate your priorities in any way?

If so, in what way?

If something must increase, what must decrease?

Do you have; (a) the incentive, (b) the opportunity, and (c) the means to carry out the changes you want to make?

What kind of timeline is most conducive to successfully accommodate the changes you want to make?

Group Discussion

  3. Any last thoughts about this activity?
